CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your appointment is confirmed it is saved just for you. We require a minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling of any services. Customers will otherwise be charged 50% for services booked and for missed appointments. We do send courtesy reminders before each service.
